  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies), drained
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the drained Rotel, dry ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream to the bowl.
  3. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to mix all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to combine.
